So let's start and get through the list, shall we?
1. Exercise and Do Your Morning Rituals
Morning rituals are just as important as your actual work. It helps you to stay focused and motivated all throughout the day. Exercise releases endorphins that is needed.

2. Understand your peak hours
There are certain times of the day that you feel most motivated. Those are the times that you feel that you can work without distractions and increase your focus. There is an inevitability of trial and error, but you can make most of your day if you know what time is best for you to tackle on your tasks / important projects.
2. Work on easier tasks first
Identify the tasks that would only take you less than 15 minutes to complete. Complete those tasks first before working on complicated tasks. This would create a sense of accomplishment on your end as soon as you cross off some of your to-do's in your list.
3. Take in between breaks, stretch those muscles!
After working for 2 straight hours, stand up and stretch! Sitting all day and staring at your computer is harmful and may cause you stress. So just take a break! Our brains need to recharge in order to focus more.

4. Create your to-do list ahead of time
To-do lists help you work and prioritize things that need to be done within the day. It serves as your guide and your reference for those things you need to remember doing. It keeps you organized and it avoids you missing important tasks.
You need to have your list ready, as much as possible. ahead of time or a day before. Why? because doing so will allow you to plan ahead what needs to be done for the next day and it prevents you on over committing on deadlines and accepting any more tasks for the day.

5. Reward yourself for a job well done
One thing that keep oneself motivated is Reward. You reward yourself every time you complete your to-do list. Motivation can come into 2 forms: recognition or reward. You have done a great job by completing everything on your list, then you deserve that spa treatment that you always wanted. Completion of tasks can also lead to recognition from your boss eventually.
